Looking for a long-term parking spot in Sonoma or Marin County

For a self-converted (work in progress) box truck camper — one person, one dog, quiet and self-sufficient

About the setup

I live full-time in a custom-converted box truck — 25 feet long, 11 feet tall. The truck stays parked, I don’t travel with it. I'm looking for something long-term.

I'm open to paying rent or working out a trade arrangement.

What I'm looking for

• Electrical hookup (standard 30 or 50 amp)

• Water access on site (standard hose)

• Space for a 25ft truck + trailer + one car

• Sonoma or Marin County — within roughly 1.5 hrs of San Francisco

• Safe, private property — gated or otherwise secure

Nice to have

• Like-minded people or small community on the land

• Permaculture, organic farming, or garden-forward land use

• Space for a small container garden (I have trees, herbs, mushrooms)

• A small roadside spot where I could occasionally sell work (farm-stand style)

About me

I'm Martine, an industrial designer and maker based in Sonoma County. I split my time between coordinating an artist residency program and running my own creative practice — Aesthetic Protocol — which spans ceramics, apparel design, fabrication, and farmers market sales. I work with wood, metal, ceramics, and textiles, and I'm comfortable doing hands-on work around a property.

I live with my golden retriever, Akhenaten. We're quiet, clean, and considerate neighbors. The truck has been my full-time home for a few years.

If you have land and are open to a work trade arrangement — maintenance, fabrication, garden help, creative projects — I'd love to talk.

I can provide landlord references.

I currently have a parking place, so I am flexible on moving dates.
